Return Policy

  • Returns are accepted in original, unused condition with no missing parts.
  • Refunds will be provided at the purchase price minus a 15% restocking fee for "free shipping" orders. Orders with paid shipping will be refunded at the purchase price minus shipping cost and a 10% restocking fee. Order cancellations will be charged a 3.5% cancellation fee. International order cancellations will be charged a 5% cancellation fee. 
  • Buyer is responsible for return shipping at their expense.
  • Refunds will be issued upon receipt and inspection of returned items, and will be issued in the original form of payment. Please allow up to 5 business days for returns to be processed. 
  • Refunds will not be given due to packages arriving late. Packages must first be returned to us for a refund. 
  • All packages returned to us will be subject to the above cancellation or restocking fees regardless of reason. It is your responsibility to determine suitability of the product and ask questions regarding expected delivery times and application fitment before placing your order.
  • Orders returned because of an incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable shipping address will be held for 30 days after receipt. Customers may either pay for reshipment or request a refund. Refunds will be treated as a standard return and will be subject to the standard 15% restocking fee. Orders unclaimed after 30 days will be automatically refunded according to this policy.
