SHIPPING POLICY

We may upgrade your chosen shipping option if a faster delivery option exists at no cost to you. This may involve using UPS or FedEx instead of USPS. 

Standard processing time for "free shipping" orders is 1-2 business days. All upgraded or expedited domestic orders, and all expedited international orders ship out same business day if ordered before noon. 

Due to the unpredictable nature of domestic and international shipments, delays may occur beyond the estimated shipment time. Buyer understands this risk and agrees to wait for the package to be delivered or for a claim to be submitted by us in the event that any shipping delays exist, prior to receiving a refund or replacement product.

Standard/ground delivery options are only estimates, not guarantees. If you need a guaranteed delivery date, choose an expedited shipping option such as UPS Next Day Air, UPS Worldwide Express, or UPS Worldwide Saver. We will refund shipping charges only if the delivery date is missed on a shipping option that is listed on the UPS Service Guarantee website, and only if UPS agrees to refund the shipping cost. UPS excludes service guarantees for delays caused by weather. Please note that all expedited shipping options are estimated for business days unless negotiated with us directly. UPS Next Day Air, for example, does not include Saturdays or Sundays.

For all standard/ground delivery options, CruzeKits.com is not responsible for delivery delays due to weather, natural disasters, mishandling by carrier, undeliverable addresses, national holidays, or incorrect contact information, or any other cause. 

Once the package has been dispatched, CruzeKits.com cannot be liable for any delayed or lost packages. We will do our best to assist with the claims process in the event that any package arrives damaged or is more than 30 days late (international orders).

Buyer is responsible for any brokerage fees, taxes, duties, or other import expenses imposed by the carrier or their government for any international shipments.
