CruzeKits.com is not responsible for delivery delays due to weather, mishandling by carrier, undeliverable addresses, or incorrect contact information for any shipments. Once the package has been dispatched, CruzeKits.com cannot be liable for any delayed or lost packages. We will do our best to assist with the claims process in the event that any package arrives damaged or is more than 30 days late.
